On June 16, 2021, the class action was authorized by Justice Donald Bisson of the Superior Court.: Judgement autorizing the class action. This judgment authorizes the group’s representative, Mrs. Evangelina Morfonios, to file a class action in order to represent the members of the following group:
Anyone who has resided at CHSLD Vigi Mont-Royal, at any time in April and May 2020, as well as their spouse, their caregiver, their children and grandchildren, their heirs and beneficiaries.
In the event that your situation corresponds to that described in the previous paragraph, you are automatically included in the class action and you do not have to complete any further steps at this stage to register.
