It was at the 16th annual conference of the CPM, themed «Un réseau en réparation pour nos aînés », that the president of the CPM, Me Paul Brunet, presented this distinction to Me Ménard, on September 19th, 2019.
The awarding of this prize aimed to recognize the exceptional contribution of Mr. Jean-Pierre Ménard in the promotion, recognition and defense of the rights of the health system users and, more particularly, of the most vulnerable groups of people.
