On December 16, 2022, a judgment approving the settlement agreement in the class action against Cliniques Zéro Gravité S.E.N.C. and 12 of their chiropractors was rendered by Justice Suzanne Courchesne j.c.s.
Consequently, the claim period came to a close on March 29, 2023. All claims will be analyzed individually by our team.
All notices of refusal related to invalid or inadmissible claims will be sent by registered mail during the month of April 2023. The affected potential members will then have a final period of fifteen (15) days following receipt of this notice of refusal to request a review of their claim. Please note that evidence not contemporaneous with the facts related to this class action has been deemed non-compliant.
Considering the proportional distribution provided for under the terms of the judgment, the notices of admissible claims and the cheques will only be sent at the end of the review process of invalid or inadmissible claims.
