Mrs Noémie Painchaud

Me Noémie Painchaud’s journey within the Ménard Martin Avocats firm began in September 2023, when she joined the team as a Bar intern. She is now a lawyer and a member of the Quebec Bar since March 2024.

Holder of a bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from the University of Sherbrooke, Me Painchaud distinguished herself during her university studies through her commitment to the General Association of Law Students (AGED), where she held the position of representative for professional affairs.

During her academic studies, she also had the opportunity to participate in the Charles-Rousseau moot court competition, a mock trial in international law which pits 150 to 200 people from all regions of the French-speaking world against each other. This experience allowed him to deepen his skills in public speaking and acquire expertise in this area.

Driven by her passion for health law and the protection of vulnerable people, Me Painchaud is currently continuing her studies by completing a Master’s degree in health law and policies at the University of Sherbrooke
