- Admitted to the bar in 2026, she holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree, with a cooperative education track, from the University of Sherbrooke. Ms. Bernier completed all of her cooperative internships and her Bar internship with the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail before shifting her practice to medical and hospital liability at Ménard, Martin, Avocats.
- Before beginning her law studies, Ms. Bernier completed a technical program in physical therapy at Cégep Marie-Victorin and a master’s degree in occupational therapy at the University of Sherbrooke. She is a member of the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec (Erg.).
- Her academic background and professional experience reflect her commitment to defending the rights of the most vulnerable individuals, who can rely on her expertise in physical and mental health to successfully resolve their cases.
