Me Marie Malavaud

Admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2019, Me Marie Malavaud holds a License in private law from the Law Faculty of the Université de Toulouse, in France, as well as a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) and a Master’s degree in public international law (LL.M.) from the Université de Montréal.

Before joining the Ménard, Martin Avocats team, in December 2019, Me Malavaud completed her Bar internship and began her career in civil and family law in a private practice in Montreal.

Very interested in the defense of fundamental rights, Me Malavaud is happy to have joined the fields of practice of medical, hospital and dental liability, as well as mental health, within Ménard, Martin Avocats.
