Me Floriane Baumgartner

Admitted to the Bar in December 2025, Floriane Baumgartner holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in health safety law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

Her career path initially led her to work for several years as a lawyer at the National Office for Compensation of Medical Accidents (ONIAM) in France. This experience allowed her to acquire in-depth expertise in supporting and compensating victims of medical accidents.

Based in Quebec, she completed her equivalency program at the University of Montreal before completing her Bar internship at Ménard Martin Avocats, where she now continues her practice.

Passionate about health law, Me Baumgartner is dedicated to defending users and protecting vulnerable individuals. She stands out for her thoroughness and her desire to provide concrete assistance to those navigating the healthcare system.
