Me Clara Thériault

Me Clara Thériault joined Ménard Martin Avocats in May 2023 as a law student before being an articling student and admitted to the bar in December 2025.

During her university years, Me Thériault was involved in the Association des étudiant.e.s en droit (AED) as vice-president of academic affairs and president. She also completed a judicial internship with two judges of the Superior Court of Quebec. Because of her academic excellence, she was on the Dean’s list throughout her bachelor and graduated with honors.

Growing up in a family working in the legal and medical industry, Clara has always had an interest in law, human biology and the protection of vulnerable people.

Known for her quick thinking, she listens attentively to the concerns of health system users in order to find the optimal way to support them in their cause.
