Me Chloé Poitras

Admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2018, Me Chloé Poitras holds a Bachelor’s degree in private law as well as a Master’s degree in international health law from the Faculty of Law of the Université de Montpellier, in France.

As part of her master’s, Me Chloé Poitras participated in a student exchange at the Université de Sherbrooke, after which she obtained a Master’s in health law and policies (LL.M.). Passionate about health law and wishing to settle in Quebec, Me Chloé Poitras enrolled in the equivalence program of the Université de Montréal and entered the École du Barreau the following year.

Before joining the team of Ménard, Martin Avocats, in 2019, Me Chloé Poitras completed her Bar internship in civil and criminal law and practiced in a firm specializing in medical liability and personal injury.
