Extension of the deadline for processing applications in the Class action regarding preventive confinement in Quebec Hospital

Certain issues beyond our control are delaying the processing of claims filed in the Settlement Agreement in the Class action regarding preventive confinement in Quebec Hospital by the claims Administrator. The Plaintiff’s attorneys are currently preparing a request to submit a new schedule to the court.  Once approved, it will be published on the Ménard, Martin avocats website and on the Registry of class actions. In the meantime, the rights of all members, including the right to file a request for review once the decision is received, will be preserved.
